The number of guests alone must have set somebody back quite a penny. People who drive Lamborghinis and Rolls Royce cars expect something more that hamburgers for lunch.
Chechen President Ramzan Kadyrov Cars
The Chechen Republic is a part of Russia. Everybody knows this republic after the Chechen War with Russia in 1990s. Since the beginning of Putin Era in Russia, Chechen Republic became much safer and its Kremlin-loyal President Ramzan Kadyrov loves expensive cars. It seems like his cars cost more than the whole Chechen Republic :)
Locals hope that now the president Kadyrov will build new roads because there are no roads in the republic that are good enough for his Lamborghinis and Ferraris.
