To give your eyes a bit more of a pop, place three or four single lashes, close to the outer corner of each eye. A full band of fake lashes don't look natural. To make your lips the focus of attention, use a flattering color of red that doesn't scream "red lips". For something like Priyanka's pucker apply NARS Rouge d'Enfer Lipstick.
