These nature-inspired installations are part of the project called “Art of the Sky” led by environmental artist and photographer Daniel Dancer. The art creations are only making sense when seen from the sky, and they are simply made by using people and latex paint.
Sometimes he is using up to 4000 people for his works, and each one of them knows where to stand on their knees and hands with their backs exposed so that the colored t-shirts can show best. Dancer only takes one shot when he is up in the air, because first he wants it to be spontaneous, and second rehearsals doesn’t make any sense to him.
He became fascinated by sky art while traveling across South Africa and discovering the “Nazca Lines” of Peru.

Cardboard Office Prank
After a vacation this guy named Leif came back to his office and found it completely different then it usually looks like. Nearly every object in his office was switched with the exact same things but only out of cardboard.
The people behind the prank was of course his work colleagues. The bookshelf, the bulletin boards, the computers, everything was transformed, even the chair was now a big piece of cardboard. The best part was when Leif’s office manager videotaped his reaction when he first saw the “new” office, check out the video at the end of the post.

College Prank Turns Observatory Into a Giant R2-D2
A group of unknown students at Minnesota’s Carleton College decided to PWN their very own Goodsell Observatory by dressing it up to look like a very familiar astrometric droid from Star Wars. The epic pranksters decorated the observatory with pre-fabricated drapes and taped them around the building to look like R2-D2. Just to be on the safe side, no spray paint was used for the prank so there was no serious or permanent damage to the property. Smart! On top of that, the decorations were accompanied by Artoo sound effects as well! No one has officially come forward and claimed the deed, but these prankster may have pulled off one of the greatest Star Wars pranks of all time.
